Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days.
Your 5 letter order code should be pre-filled below. If not, you can find it in every email that we have sent you, on your ticket, and on the credit card transaction description on your bank statement.
Non-claimed ticket refunds by 31 March 2025 will automatically convert into Awake Earth Festival planned for February 2026
For 50% Refund requests: you will receive a coupon code by email valid for the remaining balance for next year's festival
