North Edmonton Seniors Association (NESA) 2020 Diversity and Inclusion Survey
One of the items in the NESA Strategic Plan involves enhancing diversity and inclusion for the organization.

For the purpose of this survey, the Board defines diversity as the range of differences among people, their experiences, and their perspectives in such areas as age, gender, ethnicity, race, culture, socio-economic status, physical and mental abilities, religious believes, education and sexual orientation. Inclusion is defined as valuing the range of differences and creating spaces for individuals to authentically share their perspectives and ideas.

Your participation in this survey will inform the work of the NESA Diversity and Inclusion Task Force. The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Here at NESA, staff, members and volunteers respect each other and value the range of differences that they all bring with them to this community.
People from different ethnic, racial, religious, cultural and economic backgrounds currently have equal access to participate in the programs and activities at NESA.
It is important to the success of NESA that we actively promote a culture of inclusion in our programs and services.
The diverse communities that live in North East Edmonton are represented in NESA's membership, staff and volunteers.
It is important that NESA recognize the diversity of our neighbourhood and strive to celebrate diversity and encourage inclusion initiatives.
