The Open exchange for social change is the official IODC unconference. We see this event as an open and safe space for exchanging thoughts and ideas. Our primary focus of the event will be on how open data creates social change. This social change leads to actions that we need to take as a community in order to increase positive impact. These ideas and actions will be feed into the main conference, and help us to set the goals for the IODC roadmap.

Creating an open exchange is a challenging task! We, therefore, decided to share our knowledge about unconference facilitation by creating skillshare sessions before the event. In these webinars, you will learn the skill of facilitating that you can use not only in the Open Exchange for Social Change but also in your local events.
