This training program is designed to help you understand the fundamental concepts and significance of safe postharvest food handling for vegetables. Participants will also learn how to maintain water quality, prevent cross-contamination, and control biofilm development, as well as develop a practical action plan for implementation in their home countries.
Target participants: Government officials, agri-extension workers, or farmer leaders involved in improving postharvest handling for vegetables and Researchers involved in improving postharvest handling management of fresh produce are the target participants. The course will be conducted in English.
