By submitting this application, you agree to the follow...
1.  You will provide seven (7) sessions (an introductory session and six paid sessions). The introductory session will be used to evaluate the coach-ability of the client. After the introductory session, you will confirm by email (snecoachingnetwork@gmail.com) to the Network leadership that you will proceed with a coaching relationship.

2.  You will submit your invoices on a quarterly basis (end of March, June, September, December) using the Synod-approved invoice form.

3.  You will volunteer your time to promote the Synod of the Northeast Coach Network.

4. You will participate in Network meetings, if called.

5. You will maintain an ICF certification or its equivalent.

6. You have Professional Liability Insurance for your coach practice and hold the Synod of the Northeast and the Synod Coach Network faultless for any claims again you.
