We are inviting young people aged 16 to 18 to join a Youth Advisory Board that will help guide our research on how schools teach online safety and wellbeing. Young people spend a lot of time online for fun, learning, and connecting with others, but it can also involve challenges such as cyberbullying, social pressure, or upsetting content. Our research explores how schools can make digital wellbeing lessons more relevant and helpful for students.
As a board member, you would meet online every two to three months to share your views, give feedback on our ideas, and help make our research more youth-centered. Meetings will last about 90 minutes, and you will receive a £20 Amazon voucher for each one you attend.
This form is only to express interest and there is no commitment at this stage. Once you have filled it in, we will send you more details and a consent form so you can decide whether you would like to take part.
