COACHING is a formal training session where you get to learn specific techniques tailored to your level. SESSIONING are mountain bike rides where you go on a specific bike centre trail and focus on specific sections you want to improve, you will put into practice the techniques learnt in the coaching sessions. Typical locations include: Clyne Woods, Afan Forest, Brechfa and Kilvey Hill

FOR BOOKINGS MADE 30 DAYS BEFORE the date of the activity, full payment is required at the time of the booking.

FOR BOOKINGS MADE OVER 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE:
The activity and the date are booked when we have received the deposit (30% of the total per person) payable and we have sent you written confirmation (This can be in the form of an email) of our acceptance of your booking.
The full balance must be paid before 30 days.
