Fall 2026 Class Application

Please read through this application very carefully. There's a lot of important information!

This application is due Friday, September 8th at 11:59 PM.

Suitcase Clinic info sessions will be held:

  • In person on September 2nd at 7 PM in [TBD]
  • Virtually on September 6th at 6 PM via Zoom: zoom link, Meeting ID: 534 175 7043

Attending an info session is strongly recommended before filling out your application so you're fully informed (we will ask whether you attended one in your application).

Also, please keep your email notifications on. If you're selected for an interview, you'll be notified by email by September 11th and sent a sign-up sheet for a 15-minute interview slot on September 12th or 13th.

Application Logistics and Timeline - Please Read Thoroughly!
This application is for those who wish to volunteer with the Suitcase Clinic. It is due Tuesday, September 8 at 11:59 PT.

Applying to Suitcase Class consists of two steps:

        1) This online application due by Tuesday, September 8 at 11:59PM. Late applications will not be considered!
        2) A 15-minute in-person interview on 9/12 or 9/13 if you move to the second round. 

You will be notified by email if you have been selected for an interview no later than September 11th.

You will be notified if you are accepted by September 14th For those who are accepted, instruction will begin on September 17th and will end on December 3rd.

Class is on Thursday evenings from 6:00-8:00 PM, and will be conducted in person. More information will be provided for those who are accepted. Attending every class is absolutely crucial (with exceptions for midterms)! There is no way to be a part of the Suitcase Clinic without partaking in our course. 

It is worth noting that Suitcase Clinic's Class has changed significantly every year as we continuously work on improving our curriculum. There will be bumps. Things may not go perfectly, but you have our commitment to do the very best we can to train you to work for a very important cause alongside a disadvantaged population.
Availability and Requirements
Class students will be required to attend 4 clinics after the 2nd week of instruction. Clinics are held every Monday and Tuesday evening. Clinic spaces are the heart of our organization and more information on this will be provided for those who are accepted.
