NOFA-VT’s Agricultural Educators Cohort is a knowledge-sharing opportunity for farms to develop educational offerings for schools and early childhood centers. This one-year opportunity is designed to support farmers who are interested in hosting field trips, increasing their comfort with hands-on activities and developing relationships with local classrooms. Facilitators include Kayla Strom, Susie Marchand and Vera Simon-Nobes.
What will it look like?
- Coaching for farmers

This means being partnered with a mentee and offering approximately 20-hours of support throughout the year. Coaches will be paid $50/hour and will invoice NOFA-VT.
