Coach Intake Form
NOFA-VT’s Agricultural Educators Cohort is a knowledge-sharing opportunity for farms to develop educational offerings for schools and early childhood centers. This one-year opportunity is designed to support farmers who are interested in hosting field trips, increasing their comfort with hands-on activities and developing relationships with local classrooms. Facilitators include Kayla Strom, Susie Marchand and Vera Simon-Nobes.

What will it look like?
  1. Coaching for farmers
  2. In person gatherings (2-3 throughout the year)
  3. Online gatherings
How can you get involved?
We’re seeking coaches! Vermont farmers who are already working with kids are invited to provide coaching and mentorship for peers. This means being partnered with a mentee and offering approximately 20-hours of support throughout the year. Coaches will be paid $50/hour and will invoice NOFA-VT.
