I am re-starting my Peaceful You Mindfulness sessions for 21 days.
 
These quick 15 minute mindfulness sessions are designed to help us grow in awareness, If we don't the difficult emotions, can burden us and keep us in a heighten stress level. Sessions will start Monday May 30th at 7:00 a.m. ET. Replay will also be available for those that sign up in advance.
