Please note:
- Minimum age for volunteers is 16.
- The Food Connection does accept court appointed volunteers.
- Unless you are packing food, most opportunities need volunteers to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Please let us know if you have any physical limitation, so we can find a volunteer opportunity that works for you.

Summer Meals-
Starting back in JUNE 2018. Volunteers assist with preparing lunches and snacks to be distributed into the community 5 days a week. Volunteer positions available M-F in the mornings and afternoons. This would be a great opportunity for families, older teens, and others looking for way to give back this summer.

Springbrook Mobile Food Bank-
Every Saturday (10am to 1pm) we bring a condensed version of our food bank to the Springbrook Neighborhood of Lakewood, WA. Volunteers help with distributing food to clients, checking them in, and assisting with set up and clean up at each of 3 stops.
