All Media Credentials are issued by Tulsa Expo Raceway are subject to acceptance of the following terms and conditions which the Accredited Party and the Nominated Pass Holder accept and agree to abide by the following:

Media Credentials will be issued by Tulsa Expo Raceway of either Journalists Arm Band or Photographer/Videographer Pass (The Pass) for the sole use by the Pass Holder of the successful applicant (The Accredited Party) during the 2026 Tulsa Shootout. Infield space is limited.

The Pass is for the sole use of the Pass Holder and cannot be transferred or reassigned. Tulsa Expo Raceway at all times retains sole discretion whether or not media credentials are granted for the Tulsa Shootout.

Transfer, reassignment, intoxication (alcohol or otherwise), or misuse of the Pass is cause for suspension or revocation in Tulsa Expo Raceway’s absolute discretion. Tulsa Expo Raceway takes no reasonability for, and the Accredited Party agrees to indemnify Tulsa Expo Raceway against all liability resulting from, personal injury, death, damage or loss of any kind suffered or sustained by any person using the Pass without the express written permission of Tulsa Expo Raceway.

The Pass remains the property of Tulsa Expo Raceway and may be withdrawn at any time. Tulsa Expo Raceway reserves the right to refuse any person access to any area of Tulsa Expo Raceway/River Spirit Expo Center at any time.

The Pass Holder and the Accredited Party acknowledge that the nature of motor sports racing involves inherent risks and dangers to persons attending the Tulsa Shootout, and acknowledge that they have been warned that in attending the Tulsa Shootout there is the possibility of an accident causing injury, death or property damage.

No official timing, results or other data relating to the Tulsa Shootout may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or broadcasting means or otherwise without the prior express written permission of Tulsa Expo Raceway except for reproduction by local, national or international press in regular publications on sale to the public or accessible on their corresponding authorized Internet sites.

No person shall make use of sound recordings or radio recordings broadcasts and/or take moving picture images of the Tulsa Shootout without the prior written permission of Tulsa Expo Raceway.

• Credentials will not be accepted after December 12, 2025. No Exceptions.
• These passes do not guarantee Infield, Victory Lane, or Press Conference access.
• No “blank” passes will be issued.
• Team Photographers/Videographers will be denied credentials due to past abuse and fraud.
• There will one (1) card issued per Photographer/Videographer. If lost, a replacement pass will not be issued.
• All Photographers/Videographers will be required to wear a Photographer/Videographer Vest at all times.
• Vests must be worn and visible at all times. Failure to wear the required vest will result in expulsion.
• Vests are provided by the Tulsa Expo Raceway. Vests must be returned at the end of the Saturday show back to the Credential Office.
• No tables, trays, ladders, food, or alcohol allowed in the infield at any time. All trash must be picked up.
• If you choose to leave anything in the infield, it must be place on a Hay Bale. Understand, that anything left in the infield is subject to damage, and as such, Tulsa Expo Raceway cannot be held responsible.
• No confrontation between Photographers/Videographers and Tulsa Expo Raceway staff will not be tolerated at any time and can result in revocation of the Pass.
• You can only cross the track when the four-wheelers are pushing car to the track. Once cars fire, you cannot cross. Once cars are running, you must stay where you are. You cannot cross the infield when the track is live. Once the race has ended, and four-wheelers are pushing the next race, you can reposition.
• External flashes are allowed only on Practice Day. During the races, all flashes/external lighting units must be mounted to the camera in the photographer’s hands.
• Photographers are not allowed near the barriers along the back stretch or the flag stand at any time.
• Danny Clum is the only photographer that can enter the track when live. He is part of the Tulsa Shootout Staff as a backup.
• Photos and Video files are to be delivered to Bryan Hulbert no later than April 15, 2026.
• Please send files via flash drive, dropbox, google drive, or email.
• Disks or flash drives need to include the name of the photographer/videographer and/or company name. Each disks or flash drives needs to be separated per qualifying night. 
• Please have images sent in a .zip file or via file transfer service (Drop Box, Hightail, Google Drive, etc.). Send images to media@chilibowl.com.
• Failure to comply with said dates may result in denial of Credential Requests of minimum of two (2) years.
• Photographers are responsible for sending a minimum of the following photos (failure to comply will result in denial of Credential Requests of minimum of two (2) years.) Crowd Shots from Each Night during the A Feature, Pace Truck, Candid Driver, Candid Staff, Candid Pit, and Indoor Signage. We ask for at least 5 of each image with images at least 250dpi, 2.0MB in size, and at least 2000 pixels on the longest edge. 
• Images are subject to use in any advertising/promotional material for the Tulsa Shootout. Unless instructed by law enforcement, the Tulsa Shootout does not, and never requires, that a Photographer/Videographer surrender their equipment and memory cards to the office of the Tulsa Shootout.
• Only the official event photographer is allowed to sell prints on site. 
• Submission of credential with false information will result in immediate denial of credentials and any future requests denied.
