Thank you for your interest in the Durham Pilgrimage of Pain and Hope! Please register for the specific pilgrimage that you intend to attend. If you see a name of a group listed beside the Pilgrimage, it is closed to that specific group. If a pilgrimage is marked as "open," anyone can register. Please note that pilgrimages are limited to 20 people, and if we have more registrations, we may need to make selections, and some participants will have to wait until a future pilgrimage. This usually does not have to happen.

Open Pilgrimage - March 10th-12th
Duke Memorial UMC - April 21st-23rd
King's Park - June 9th-11th
BRI(DDD)GE - August 18th-21st
Mt. Level Community Partnership for Racial Justice - September 22nd-24th
Open Pilgrimage - October 20th-22nd
Duke Chapel Pilgrimage - October 27th-29th
The Gathering Church/Oak Church - November 10th-12th
PLEASE READ: The Open Pilgrimage cost is $150 per person and there is a non-refundable $50 required deposit which will go to the total cost of the journey.
NOTE: For custom pilgrimages, please see your group administrator for any pricing you may be responsible for.
If you are requesting a scholarship please complete your registration and follow the directions in that area. Scholarships are abundantly available so that cost will not be a barrier.
