• Location: AMC Highland Center, Route 302, Bretton Woods, NH

• Dates: Friday, March 5 – Sunday, March 7, 2027

• Application Deadline: Sunday, January 31, 2027

Trip Payment

• Cost: $220.00 per person (includes 2 nights lodging, 7 meals, and shared rooms with hall baths); single rooms subject to availability and an additional $100 surcharge.

• Payment Deadline: Friday, February 5, 2027

• Cancellation Policy

◦ Until February 5: 100% refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee.

◦ After February 5: No refund.

◦ Note: Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
