Once a student has commenced studies with HTG and has also enrolled with the Principle RTO and decides to withdraw from a course or program due to illness, extended hospitalisation, pregnancy/childbirth or extreme hardship, HTG will, at its discretion, allow a refund of the fees. The following conditions apply: The person concerned must produce satisfactory evidence of the circumstances of his/her withdrawal, such as medical certificates and must put this in writing via email to the course facilitator. #The person will forfeit a $150 administration fee and 20% of the course fee plus a Course Consumables Fee of $75.00 for any materials, consumables and any catering/hiring expenses charged by the training venue. In cases of withdrawal due to other circumstances, HTG will not give a refund for the following reasons: Change in students work hours, inconvenience of travel to class, Moving interstate, Job change or retrenchment, Students who leave before starting or finishing course/module, course not completed by August 31st 2024 * or for non-related personal or circumstantial reasons. *Final Deadline date for TAE40116 Students.
