Pre-Enrolment Policy *

I understand that upon submission of the completed student Pre-enrolment form by the student (or their representative) the student is thereby deemed to have nominated themselves into the program(s) of their choice. Upon submission of the Pre-Enrolment form the student also acknowledges that Wayne Harrison (of Harrison Training Group) will contact you to confirm that you have Pre-Enrolled into the program via email and in some cases by Phone. I also acknowledge that I am aware that Wayne Harrison (of Harrison Training Group) is an official contractor of (Malyon Vocational Training) VET Provider Number RTO:30002 ABN: 26 140 175 668 and is responsible for the quality of all TAE qualifications delivered by Wayne Harrison (of Harrison Training Group) out of the Adelaide Campus . If a Pre-Enrolled student decides to cancel their Pre-Enrolment this must be done in writing and sent to the course facilitator via email. Cancellation of Pre-Enrolment takes effect when a response is received via email back from the Course Facilitator confirming cancellation of Pre-Enrolment. Should cancellation of Pre-enrolment be advised more than 10 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to the course(s), the student will be automatically enrolled into a future equivalent course, or may request a refund# (if fees have been paid – #Refund Policy applies). Should a cancellation of enrolment be less than 10 business days, a partial refund may apply (The person will forfeit a $150 administration fee and 20% of the course fee), if cancellation is less than 5 business days prior to the course no refund is applicable. When a non-attendance occurs (the course has started, and no notice was given) NO REFUND or transfer is applicable and the entire cost of the course will be forfeited by the student. Pre-Enrolment is accepted on the basis that HTG will not be held liable for costs incurred due to course cancellation or rescheduling. HTG will use all endeavours to give as early advice as possible of any course changes. Course dates and fees are subject to change without prior notice. Students who have a complaint with the application of this policy may take action in accordance with the Complaints and Appeals Procedure as found in the Principle RTO’s Student Handbook.

Course Commencement & Extension Policy *

As the course commencement date approaches you must pay all fees in full a minimum of 10 working days before the course commencement date or HTG cannot guarantee holding a place for you in the program. Once full payment is received and processed, you will receive an Up and Coming Course email from HTG with information regarding attendance and expectations of the program. In the case of any course resubmissions/reassessments, HTG will allow for a maximum of two (2) attempts inclusive of the initial course fee. All extra resubmission(s)/reassessment(s) will incur additional fees. ($150.00 per submission) For late notice given of non-attendance (minimum 10 working days) before a Workshop II start date or for students who request to switch or change any part of their program once it has commenced Change of program fees apply (per student). Withdraw & Refund Policy *

Once a student has commenced studies with HTG and has also enrolled with the Principle RTO and decides to withdraw from a course or program due to illness, extended hospitalisation, pregnancy/childbirth or extreme hardship, HTG will, at its discretion, allow a refund of the fees. The following conditions apply: The person concerned must produce satisfactory evidence of the circumstances of his/her withdrawal, such as medical certificates and must put this in writing via email to the course facilitator. #The person will forfeit a $150 administration fee and 20% of the course fee plus a Course Consumables Fee of $75.00 for any materials, consumables and any catering/hiring expenses charged by the training venue. In cases of withdrawal due to other circumstances, HTG will not give a refund for the following reasons: Change in students work hours, inconvenience of travel to class, Moving interstate, Job change or retrenchment, Students who leave before starting or finishing course/module, course not completed by August 31st 2024 * or for non-related personal or circumstantial reasons. *Final Deadline date for TAE40116 Students.

Harrison Training Group pricing is reviewed on a regular basis and is subject to change at any time prior to HTG receiving my Pre-enrolment. I understand that my Pre-enrolment (including my place/s in the designated program) will be confirmed by HTG via email and my place(s) will only be guaranteed once payment in full has been received no less than 10 working days prior to the course commencement date. HTG reserves the option to cancel any Pre-enrolment due to non-payment of course fees or if a student is unsuited to the program of their choice. I have read and accepted the current HTG fees and above policies and understand my rights and obligations.
