By booking with Busy Nest, LLC you agree to the following terms:

Busy Nest, LLC – Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

By booking a service with Busy Nest, LLC, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
Busy Nest, LLC offers professional cleaning services for car seats. All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Services that require pick-up or delivery include an additional travel fee. Clients may avoid this fee by arranging drop-off.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring items are ready for pick-up at the scheduled time
  • Removing all personal belongings (toys, accessories, etc.) prior to service
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling car seats
  • Verifying proper installation after cleaning

Busy Nest, LLC does not provide installation services.

5. Scope of Service
All items are cleaned in accordance with manufacturer guidelines using baby-safe, non-toxic products. While we strive for the best results, some stains, odors, discoloration, or wear may be permanent.

Busy Nest, LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, fading, or deterioration of materials.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Busy Nest, LLC follows manufacturer-recommended cleaning practices; however, we are not liable for any damage, malfunction, or injury that may occur after service. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from improper installation or use following cleaning.

Clients accept full responsibility for ensuring their gear is properly reinstalled and used safely. For installation guidance, please refer to the manufacturer’s manual or a certified technician.

7. Release of Liability
By booking a service, the Client agrees to release, waive, and discharge Busy Nest, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the services provided.

This includes any claims related to product performance after cleaning, misuse, or incidents occurring after the item has been returned.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Busy Nest, LLC total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Photography & Marketing Consent
By using our services, you grant Busy Nest, LLC permission to photograph your items for documentation and marketing purposes, including social media. No personal identifying information will be shared without written consent.

If you prefer your items not be photographed or shared, please notify us at the time of booking.

10. Moisture & Storage Notice
All items are thoroughly air-dried before being packaged. However, slight residual moisture may occur due to humidity. Clients are advised to remove items from protective packaging promptly upon return to prevent mildew or odor.

Busy Nest, LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from items left sealed after delivery.
