A Developer has proposed a 90,000± square foot strip-mall at 2740/2750 Monroe Avenue, consisting of a 50,000 square foot Grocery Store, and an additional 40,000 square feet of retail space – including a drive-through bank, and a drive-through Starbucks.
The Project would significantly exceed the current zoning limits for size (and traffic), so the Developer is requesting that the Town of Brighton look the other way and allow this Project at 150% of what is permitted.
The purpose of this survey is to gauge community awareness of the proposed Project, and obtain community input, especially as it relates to traffic.
