Hello! Thank you for your interest in ordering Sol’s Ice Cream. Before you proceed, please take the time to read our terms of ordering below!

TERMS OF ORDERING:

Full payment is required prior to processing an order. This excludes orders shipped via the pabili/purchase services offered by your preferred courier. Proof of payment must be sent to our FB page via chat.

Payment may be made via bank transfer (BPI/BDO), GCash, cash on pick-up, and cash on delivery (for orders delivered via your preferred courier). For cash on pick-up and cash on delivery, at least 50% downpayment is required. The buyer will shoulder the additional handling charge required by the couriers should you choose COD as your mode of payment. We will be messaging you via email and our social media accounts, to send your invoice and give you the payment and delivery details.

Depending on our stocks, orders will be ready within 1-7 days from the date of confirmation of payment. Orders are to be picked-up (either personally or via your preferred courier) from the nearest pick-up point with available stock from your location. Buyers will shoulder all shipping costs.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, Lalamove is our preferred courier for its guaranteed insulated box but you may opt to book with whichever courier you prefer.
