This form is designed for the registration of participants who do not wish to make an oral or poster presentation but do wish to attend the XII RENAMAC and 58th WSM Meeting and take part on the scheduled activities.

*Open to students of all educational levels, professionals, retirees, and general public.
*As a registered attendee you will get a SMMAC certificate of attendance.
