Wilson Iron Chef Vendor Application Form

Please complete this form in order to register to participate as a Vendor at the Wilson Iron Chef Competition & Benefit Auction. Space is a limited for vendor booths. Preference will be given to businesses located within the Wilson School District as well as by date of application form submission.

EARLY BIRD: Register by Friday, January 20, 2017, and be listed on Iron Chef promotional materials including posters and flyers.
Final deadline for completing vendor application form is Wednesday, March 1, 2017.

Wilson Iron Chef provides an opportunity to showcase your business within the Wilson Community.
In 2015 and 2016, this event SOLD OUT! There were over 1,200 people in attendance! Please note, we will limit food type to 4 per category. This allows for variety as well as exclusivity. All selected vendors will:
- Receive a free listing in our event program.
- Have your logo featured on the event website (logo must be provided as jpeg file).
- Interact with hundreds of our community members attending the event.
- Showcase your menu.
- Provide sample items for potential new customers to taste.
As a participating vendor, you agree to:
- Bring at least 750 samples for attendees to taste during the event (we anticipate a crowd of 1,000+).
- Provide your own paper products/utensils as needed to serve your samples.
- Donate goods/services/gift card valued at $25 or more, which will be incorporated in the event auction/raffles.
- Set up on Sunday, March 26, between 11:00am-12:00pm. Booth MUST be set and ready for the public by 12:00pm to accomodate new 1-hour "First Bite" attendees.

We will provide one 6" table and table covers, and volunteers to help you set up booth as needed.

Please note only 3 attendees are allowed to attend per booth to assist during the event. If you have more than 3, additional attendees will need to purchase tickets to the event. Details are below.

The WEF is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that strives to engage parents, alumni and businesses to invest in the greater Wilson community. The non-tax dollars raised by the Foundation support the needs of Wilson students and teachers by funding academic programs, grants, scholarships, facility upgrades and more. Help support our efforts by participating as a vendor at our Wilson Iron Chef Competition!

Purchase Tickets to the Event
Last year's event SOLD OUT! If you have additional people planning to attending, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance by March 20. To order tickets, please call 610.670.0180, ext. 4842 or visit http://www.wilsonsd.org/ironchef. We cannot guarantee there will be tickets available at the door the day of the event.
