Dignity's Visitor Registration & Contribution Form
If you have heard of Dignity and wish to visit, thank you and welcome! We value all our visitors’ interest and support in Dignity’s work.

In order to ensure that we provide the best education for our children, our staff need to be fully present at their respective classes and are unable to take around the many visitors who come by. Hence, we may be unable to accommodate walk-in visitors or late enquiries.

We also request a contribution, which will go back to supporting the Volunteers' department so that our teaching staff is able to focus on doing what they do best!

Contribution Options

Option 1: Guided Tour (RM80/pax)
  • Includes a 45-minute guided tour.
  • Includes a RM10 shop X dignity voucher
Option 2: Tour & Dine with Dignity (RM125/pax)
  • Guided Tour: Visit our classrooms, transformational enterprises, and wellness X dignity, while hearing inspiring stories from our alumni.
  • Voucher: Includes a RM10 shop X dignity voucher
  • Lunch: Treat yourself to a vibrant, chef-curated meal at eat X dignity, featuring fresh ingredients and local flavors prepared with passion by our community.
Lunch Options: - Chicken Licken
                            - Grilled Chicken Chop
                            - Nasi Kerabu with Ayam Percik
                            - Mushroom Aglio Olio with Chicken Strips

Note: Each meal includes refillable passionfruit spritzer, and served with a sharing platter of popiah and keropok sambal salsa

Booking Requirements & Guidelines
  • Minimum Requirement: There is a minimum of 5 participants for the Guided Tour.
  • Advance Notice: Notice should be given 7 days prior to the visit.
  • Availability: Tours are subject to the school calendar and availability of staff.
  • Small Groups: For groups with less than 5 pax, kindly opt for the Self-Guided Audio Tour and register directly at our café, eat X dignity, from Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • Walk-ins: Visitors without a booking will be asked to reschedule to a preferred date.
Booking Confirmation Process
  • Once you have submitted this form, please look out for a follow-up email/text from our team.
  • To ensure we have the necessary staff and space ready for your visit, all bookings are considered confirmed only after our Dignity staff has personally reached out to you. We appreciate your patience as we coordinate with our school calendar to give you the best experience possible.
