18 - 19 Parent Gifted & Talented Referral Form
Please complete the form below to submit your referral. Please note you will need a Google account to submit this form.
Given the LEAP schedule and the length of the Gifted and Talented screening process, referrals will close in March instead of April 12. Talented Theater referrals close on Tuesday, March 19 and Talented Art and Music and Gifted referrals close on Friday, March 29. The Google referral form will close after these dates and any referrals made via a hard copy form will not be accepted this school year. Referrals will open again in September 2019. Gifted and/or Talented services are given in pull out sessions for 45 minutes, 1 or 2x/week, depending upon the grade. Students are responsible for making up missed work within a reasonable time frame. Please detail how your student would adjust to this and what supports s/he may need to do so.
