Register for the Highams Park Great British Bake-Off at The Spring Festival
Thank you for your interest in entering the Highams Park Great British Bake-Off (the Bake-Off) at the 2019 Spring Festival in The Highams Park ("the Spring Festival").

Details of the event are as follows:

Date: Sunday 19th May 2019
Time: 11:00 am until 4:00 pm
Location: The Highams Park, IG8 9RB
Organizers of the Bake Off : ACT 2 Aid
Entry Fee:
Adults £2
Children free

I’m delighted to say that this year entry has been cut down to just £2 per adult FREE for under 16s. However, we are requesting all cakes are donated after judging so we can slice them up and sell them to the public for our charity fund raiser.

The winning cakes will be judged at 1pm and first place will receive our Highams Park star baker 2019 prize. We will have an adult and junior section. Your cakes can be anything from your signature one to a showstopper or tray bake / cupcakes.

Please remember to list all ingredients due to allergy and health concerns. Cakes are baked at home not on the premises.

We will be serving Pimms, scones with jam & cream and cucumber sandwiches.

ALL profits will be donated to SOS Children’s Villages International. In August this year ACT 2 Aid will be travelling to SOS-Feriendorf Caldonazzo to volunteer and offer performing arts workshops to the children at the camp.

The local press wil be present and pictures of your entry may be published in the local news papers and on the internet.
