CJL In-house Dining Request Form
This form was designed as a way for student groups and staff to be able to request food from the CJL Dining Hall for special events. Please note that all request submitted with less than 48 hours notice may not be filled. If you are in need of space for your event at the CJL and have not already completed the Room Request Form, please do so here (

Price List - The lists linked below may help you estimate some of the cost for your event. If you need a more specific estimate, need an item that's not listed please choose the "Yes" box below.
