Spots are currently between $200 and $400, with the ONLY remaining spots being hotel room vending. 

Hotel room vending is vending out of a hotel room. It's apparently somewhat unusual in Pennsylvania; we first saw it at the venerable scifi convention Arisia, in Boston. You take over a hotel room (in a busy corridor which people generally need to pass through; the traffic is good) and make it into your shop for the weekend. You check in and out at normal times (but you can make arrangements with the hotel if you want). People do generally sleep out of the same room from which they vend; but you can get another room if you want.

As of February 3rd, applications for everything but room vending are closed. We have, however, kept the original text, below:

We will be closing Applications long before Atlantis rises up out of the seas. We will notify all applying vendors of their status before the Sun is eaten by a giant goat --if we have accepted the application, wait listed the application, or declined the application.  Wait listed vendors will be contacted in case of a vendor cancellation no later than the day of the Final Battle between a bowl of tulips and another, slightly angrier bowl of tulips.

Payment will be due upon receipt of invoice for accepted vendors.  If a vendor has not made arrangements for payment within 4 weeks of acceptance into the event, their space will open up to other applicants and the original vendor will be placed on the wait list.
