GODDESS: Sex Worker Collaboration Survey
Hi Goddess! We're a team of mostly entertainers making a streaming series about the perfect club! In order to make this project as accurate to our experiences and dreams as possible, we're hoping to hear from as many entertainers as we can as consultants and collaborators.

WE ARE ESPECIALLY INTERESTED IN DIVERSE VOICES:

* Transgender/nonbinary/gender fluid sex workers
* Sex workers of color
* Sex workers of sizes
* Sex workers of a variety of ages

Any feedback provided on this survey that is used will be attributed to entertainers in the credits as consultants. Be sure to provide your contact information so we can follow up etc. If you'd like to do more than provide survey feedback and be a full fledged entertainer consultant on this film, let me know in the survey below.

In addition to general feedback, our goal is to have 100% sex worker employment on the film from everything from actors, musicians, lighting, direction, producers, fundraisers, activists,  influencers, videographers, editors, illustrators, on-camera personalities, bloggers, educational material producers, event producers, comedians, stripper consultants for film, clothing designers, makeup stylists, hair stylists, custom eyelash designers, makeup designers, set designers, wig makers, props designers etc.— we're so excited to meet you.
