Terms and Conditions - By using this site you consent to these Terms and Conditions: Old Boys Collegians and its officers, contractors, employees will not be liable for any physical injury or physical event you may experience or suffer, or for any other property damage whatsoever arising from your participation. All liability is excluded, and you participate at your own risk. We recommend and advise you to seek professional medical advice regarding your physical capabilities and constraints before participating in any programme or event. Once services are confirmed you are then committing to ensure payment is made in a timely manner. From time to time photos/videos will be taken by officials. If you prefer not to give permission for this please email Mandie@coaching-solutions.co.nz Behaviour - Respect your coach and your team mates. Disruptive behaviour is not acceptable for the sake of others. Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated, such as play fighting, bullying etc. Listen at all times to your coach, no talking when they are talking. No defiance. Unacceptable language including swearing is not to be used at any time. Safety - Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times, no jandles or bare feet at anytime. It is compulsory for any children using hardballs, when batting and wicket keeping up to the stumps to wear a helmet and box along with the normal protective equipment. Anyone in the area of nets must keep their eye ‘on the ball’ at all times. Do not turn your back on the nets at anytime. You must inform the coach of any injuries before and during the session. First aid and ice is provided. Accident report forms may need to be filled in.Facilities & Equipment - Treat with care the facility and equipment. Any damage will be chargeable. All equipment is to be returned to its proper place after use. Bring your own drinking bottle. Gear bags are not to be left on the path please put these on the decking. No muddy shoes in the pavilion area or nets. There is a toilets available please ask the coach and leave it clean and tidy. Please note: Failure to comply will result in exclusion from the session, temporary initially or permanently for repeat offences for the benefit of others.
