Louise

Louise gets up late and sometimes she doesn’t have breakfast because she is late for school. For lunch she has two big hamburgers with french fries, ketchup, mayonnaise, a brownie with ice cream and a large coke. She tries to concentrate in class but she can’t because she feels tired and sleepy. She skips physical education class and goes to the cafeteria instead. Then she sits in front of the TV for six hours every night. Louise is not an active person, she never walks, rides a bicycle or plays a sport.

Jenny

Jenny gets up early because she goes jogging in the park every morning. She eats cereal, milk and fruit for breakfast. She always includes vegetables, fruit and protein in her lunch and drinks lots of water. She is very active and participates in class. She is a good student and she does her homework after she gets home in the afternoon. She belongs to the school cheerleading team and practices the routines four times a week. Also, she goes swimming twice a week, she reads a lot and she works on the computer every day.
