Fall 2025 permission slip

GLF is being held on Wednesdays after school from 3:55 p.m. till 5:30 p.m. starting October 1st through October 29, 2025.

This program is designed for kids in K-5th grade. Older kids who want to help, please reach out to our Church directly at sargentcommunitychurch@gmail.com

I give my permission to allow my child to participate in God's Little Farmers from October 1- October 29, 2025 on Wednesdays after school at 3:55 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. *

I give the Sargent Community Church permission of pick my child up from Sargent Elementary School and walk them across the street to the church for God's Little Farmers. (Big Farmers will meet us at the Elementary School at 3:55 p.m.) *

I understand that I need to call the school myself and let them know my child will be participating in Gods Little Farmers and that the church will be escorting the kids to the Church at 3:55 p.m. I only need to call once to notify them and I must call by 3:30 p.m. on the day of the first session. *
