Key workers' children - bookings for 1st - 5th Feb

Parents/carers who are eligible (whose job is within the government’s list of critical workers) can request a place in school for their child throughout lockdown. This can be part time or full time depending on your needs.

Pupils will work within a ‘hub’ in school where they have access to a computer and will be expected to complete the work set online by their teachers. Hubs are set up to ensure social distancing. Pupils will be supervised by staff at all times but will be expected to work independently; obviously if they are struggling to access work, they will have help on hand.

Pupils should wear school uniform or can wear school PE kit if they prefer to do so.

The canteen will be open at break and lunchtime if pupils wish to purchase snacks, sandwiches or drinks; ALL pupils will be expected to pay for any food purchased including pupils eligible for free school meals as school will be issuing vouchers to all FSM families to cover this cost. Pupils can, of course, bring a packed lunch if they prefer to do so.

Pupils should arrive at school no earlier than their usual start time and no later than 9:00am. School will finish for all pupils at 2:35pm.

For safeguarding purposes, places MUST be booked in advance by completing the form below.
Bookings will be taken one week at a time to cater for shift changes etc. This booking sheet will be open from Monday to Thursday for the following week; please assume that your child is booked in unless you hear from us.

If you have booked a place and your child will no longer be attending on that day, please inform the school attendance team on 0161 366 7533 before 8:30am.

If you have any queries regarding your booking, please contact putting CRITICAL WORKER in the subject line and someone will get back to you.
