Burton and District Mind STAYING MENTALLY WELL IN BURNTWOOD, LICHFIELD AND TAMWORTH
We’re Burton and District Mind, the mental health charity. We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Today. Now. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in a crisis. We’ll listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner.

Burton and District Mind provide counselling services in Burntwood, Lichfield and Tamworth, and Mind have a shop in Burntwood. We want to do more!

We are building a better understanding of the needs of people and the mental health support available in Burntwood, Lichfield and Tamworth. We are working with Support Staffordshire, South Staffordshire Network for Mental Health, and many others. But nothing is better than hearing what people have to say themselves – which has been challenging with Covid-19 restrictions.

We welcome you to complete this survey. Completing the questions is voluntary so please only answer questions you are comfortable with. The information you provide will be anonymous, and we ask that you do not include any personal information that could identify you on the first few pages. We will not be sharing individual information with other organisation. We will be using the data trends and patterns to plan services, apply for grant funding, for crowd funding and to raise the profile of mental health in your area.

This survey is just one of the many ways we are exploring how to serve your community. A member of our Development and Sustainability team is very happy to visit groups (where restrictions allow) or have a chat over Zoom. Should you wish to support us with our information gathering, please do leave your name, email address or phone number on the last page.

We will keep the survey open until 28 February 2021 – but the more information we have sooner, the more evidence we have to provide projects and services.

Thank you for your help.
