Licensed Officials Seminar Application
An application fee of $25 must be submitted with the application.
Applicant must use approved Confederation Licensed Officials Instructor. A list of approved Licensed Officials Instructors can be requested from the Confederation Licensed Officials Committee.
For practical portion of the seminar, Applicant must provide a show environment (may be a schooling show or rated show) with a minimum of 12 entries that include Novice and Intermediate levels.
Maximum of ten seminar participants per Licensed Official Instructor. Must be open to all Confederation members to sign up. Unlimited SILENT auditors are welcome.
Each Licensed Officials Instructor sets their own fee and those fees plus travel, lodging and meals are the responsibility of the Seminar Organizer.
Certificates with the Confederation logo, Instructor's name, Seminar date, Seminar location must be printed for each attendee. Instructor must sign the certificate. Pictures of the presentation should be submitted to the Confederation within seven days of the seminar completion.
Daily rosters must be provided to the Confederation upon completion of the seminar.
Seminar review forms (supplied) should be made available to the attendees.
Host must fill out the seminar review form (supplied) and return to the Confederation within sevens days of seminar completion.
A minimum of 15 classroom hours must be offered.
These seminars are primarily for TDs, "L" and "r" judges. "R" and "S" judges may count them for continuing education but not advancement requirements unless the seminar is taught by a Confederation "S" judge or approved international judge.
