Tutoring Request Form
Tutoring is available Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:30-5:30 pm, when school is in session. Please fill out the form below and we will get your child connected with a tutor as soon as possible. An official terms of agreement will be sent before the tutoring sessions begin.

Please note - Tutoring is subject to instructor availability. We will do our best to be able to accommodate your child's tutoring needs at the requested time.

Extended Care is not included in the price of tutoring. Parents/Guardians are expected to pick up their students promptly at the end of a tutoring session, otherwise late pick up fees may be incurred.
