Information for Lunch during School Shutdown
Please complete the form below if you will be picking up a lunch during the school shutdown. The purpose of this form is to gather information for those families interested in getting school lunches, while allowing us to properly prepare the correct amount of food.

All students in Grades K-12 are eligible for school lunches.

Lunch pick up sites will be West Newton Elementary, Mendon Elementary and Yough High School.

Lunches will be delivered to your car from the front door of the buildings designated as a lunch pick up site. No one will be entering the school buildings. Essential personnel will be there to handle distribution in an efficient and safe manner, taking into consideration the health, safety, and welfare of all involved.
