Career Conference 2026 Speaker Volunteer Form
On Monday March 30, 2026 we will be hosting our 14th annual Career Conference. This is a wonderful opportunity for sophomore (Grade 10) students to gain a broader understanding of potential options for their future. 

We would like to invite you to join as a guest speaker! Guest speakers discuss topics such as their career path, how they arrived at their current role, details about what their professional field looks like and qualifications needed. If your career journey has not been linear, that is valuable information to present as well. 

Speakers will commit to two consecutive 40 minute sessions, with a 5 min break in between each. These sessions are in-person only. We are unable to accommodate online speakers. 

Sessions 1 & 2: 8:30-9:10 9:15-9:55

We hope to have a diverse list of professions available for our students to explore. If you have any suggestions for other potential speakers, please feel free to pass this volunteer survey on to them.

Sessions are 40 minutes each, and the commitment is two consecutive sessions. Please select which time slot you would prefer. Keep in mind these are in-person only.

Cancellations are our biggest concern leading up to the event. As we get closer to the event, you may find that you are no longer able to be a volunteer. If that occurs, we kindly ask you to inform us 3 weeks prior to March 9th. We also appreciate if you are able to send a replacement to fill your spot where possible. Our students sign up intentionally for sessions and are excited to learn from you!
