IMPORTANT INFORMATION- PLEASE READ
COVID: Due to the nature of COVID-19 and the guidelines governing pool openings, the rules, processes, procedures, and hours of the pool may be modified periodically before and throughout the pool season. Before each visit, please check for the most current information, please go to ExeterHOA.com/pool.
RESERVATIONS: At this time, it is not known whether or not reservations will be required due to limited capacity. Please check the website for more information and always call the pool at the number listed online before visiting to ensure space is available.
2020 POOL PASSES: If you ordered passes during the 2020 pool season, they have been processed and will be at the pool for pickup once opened. If you are unsure and would like to check, please email HOA@ExeterHOA.com.
HOURS: In 2021, hours and availability will be modified. Please sign up for email alerts and check the website above frequently for the latest information, times, and hours or operation.
• Each residence is provided 10 free guest passes valid for 1-day admission for 1 person each.
• There will be a limit to the number of guests allowed per residence on each visit (see website).
• Additional guests passes are $20 for a set of 10, purchased directly from the Property Manager.
IMPORTANT: Pool privileges may be suspended for accounts not in good standing. By completing this application, you are acknowledging you have, on behalf of all members of your residence, read and agree to all pool rules and pool regulations and procedures, available online at Exeterhoa.com/pool.
