Superintendent's Parent Advisory Council
The intent of the Parent Advisory Council is to advise the Superintendent and district leaders on ways our schools and district can provide a welcoming environment to all families, develop strong school-home partnerships, and promote the active participation of parents, family and community in the achievement and well-being of all students.

The main duties of the Parent Advisory Council will be to:
* Assist and support district administrator's activities and efforts to engage parents and community members.
* Represent their school or constituency group by seeking their input and feedback.
* Attend monthly Parent Advisory Council meetings.
* Actively participate in the process of listening and sharing information.
* Identify and recommend strategies to increase school-family partnerships at the district and school building level.
* Commit to promoting and sharing the positive information about the Moss Point School District.

Strategic Plan Goal 6  -  The district will engage families and the community in the education of all students.
