The Lean Start-Up is one of the most significant developments in the start-up world in the past decade and is having an immense impact on the successful creation of new ventures. Lean Start-up is a methodology for developing technology ventures that allows start-ups to shorten their product development cycles and increase their chances of success. The Lean Start-up approach uses the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas to validate ideas, find the right customers and measure progress. Utilizing the Lean Start-Up approach ensures start-ups invest their time into building products or services to meet the needs of customers, thereby reducing the market risks and sidestep the need for large amounts of initial funding and expensive product launches that usually translate into expensive failures.
