2024 Parade of Nations Food Booth Registration
If you would like to register to have a food booth at the Parade of Nations Multicultural Festival on Saturday, September 21, you are required to submit this food booth registration form by August 1 and email 
Kathleen Draves (kadraves@mtu.edu) by August 15 with menu options and quantities.

REQUIREMENTS
1. All representatives from your organization/group/business that will be working with food are required to complete mandatory online modules/quizzes. The Canvas course will open in late August and early September (specific dates to be announced mid-summer). Failure to attend a food training session will result in cancelling your food booth registration.

2. All food booths are required to have the following items:
    - Gloves (provided to you if you prepare food in the Michigan Tech kitchens)
    - Thermometer (provided to you if you prepare food in the Michigan Tech kitchens)
    - Temporary Food Establishment license may be needed -- complete the Parade of Nations food training modules to find out

The Parade of Nations' mission is to celebrate  multiculturalism and ethnic diversity in the Keweenaw.  We enable people to remember how much we have in common, while learning to appreciate our differences
