The 2026 NAVC Fall Gathering is (Date to Date), and is being held at Fort William Historical Park, located in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada (40 miles north of Grand Portage).

This form is for Fall Gathering registration and membership.

Fall Gathering Full Weekend Registration Information

Early bird pricing is being offered again this year!

$170.00/person - available until September 15, 2026!

$195.00/person - From September 15 to October 15, 2026.

Your fees covers the Gathering, meals and lodging. Some workshops may require an extra fee, payable to the instructor.

Fall Gathering Registration is for persons 15 and older.

NAVC membership runs from November 1 to October 31, coinciding with our annual Fall Gathering.

$10/individual; $12/family.

Notice: All membership applications are subject to final approval by the NAVC Board of Directors. All NAVC members are expected to adhere to the NAVC Code of Conduct, as posted on our website. If for some reason your membership application is not approved by the Board, the membership dues that you pay during this process will be refunded.

Accommodations & Accessibility - at this site, most of the sleeping accommodations are located on the second floor. Please disclose if you require mobility accommodation for sleeping spaces.
