This notification form must be completed and submitted
annually for each student's school year.
Families with multiple homeschooling students will need to complete this form for each student.
Submitted notifications are reviewed and proceed twice-weekly, with notifications of withdrawal being sent to school sites at that time. Be aware of the timing, as once a student's homeschool notification has been processed, sites are notified and students are withdrawn from the TSD system as a student.
If you are transitioning from a TSD school and need copies of your student's education records, please fill out the online request form.
PLEASE NOTE: Notifications are processed on Tuesday and Thursday, sending confirmation of receipt on Wednesday and Friday. This schedule may change without notice, due to any TSD District closures.
