Any participant can join both the live or the online competition for different classes (no duplicates). Except for Brass and Vocal classes, there is no live competition available due to the limitation of venues.

* Each candidate can enter for up to a maximum of 4 different classes.
* An official receipt will be sent by email within five working days after we have received the application and confirmation of your payment.

1. 每名參加者最多可參加四個不同組別的項目,每位參加者只填一張表格.
2. 如你選擇同時參與現場和線上比賽（只限不同組別）, 請填兩份表格.
3. 當我們收到你的付款証明(經電郵) 以及我們正式發出電子收據給你, 整個報名方算辦妥.
4. 如報名一經確認, 即表示閣下明白及同意比賽將會於2021年6月5-20日任何一個時段進行, 每組別比賽需時約一至二小時.
5. 如因任何社會突發事件、教育局停課或遇惡劣天氣如紅雨、黑雨、八號或以上颱風訊號, 比賽必須取消, 本會將不會重新作出安排. 所繳之報名費亦不會被退還.

1. 請留意: 在未收到你的電郵付款証明前, 我們並不會個別通知提示繳費或發出任何參考編號.
2. 截止日期後之任何付款或資料更改需附加$150行政費 .
3. 如報名一經確認, 即表示閣下明白及同意比賽將會於2021年6月5-20日任何一個時段進行, 每組別比賽需時約一至二小時.
4. 如報名一經確認, 所有已繳之款項, 恕不退還、轉讓或更改.
5. 如於付款後五個工作天內仍未收到我們發出的電子收據,請電郵至 entry@hkmfy.org 查詢.

1. Please note that we will not issue any payment reminder or reference number before we receive the deposit proof from you.
2. $150 administrative fee will be applied per person to applications or any information change after 5 May 2021.
3. You agree and understand the competition will be held at any time within 5 - 20 June 2021. Each class is about one to two hours.
4. Once your application is confirmed, payment is not refundable nor transferable.
5. An official receipt will be sent by email within five working days after we receive your application and the confirmation of payment. Please inquire to entry@hkmfy.org if you do not receive it.
