Year Long Group - January 2026 through December 2026
A monthly psychotherapy group exploring the complex relationships that AANHPI communities — and our intersectional kin — navigate with:
✨ Our bodies
✨ Love, desire & relationships
✨ Money, wealth & work
✨ Family systems, generational trauma & ancestral expectations
This group holds space for identity integration, diaspora narratives, relational patterns, and the ways we “act in” toward alignment with our true north — or “act out” the generational cycles that keep us stuck.
Each quarter highlights a different theme (Body • Love/Desire • Work/Money • Family/Lineage) and includes space for supportive sub-groups, values-based reflection, ACT-informed coping strategies, and process-oriented sharing.
Designed to build community, deepen skills, and create room for AANHPI and intersectional folx to honor their stories, reconnect with themselves, and move toward recovery, alignment, and liberation.
For new clients, A free 30 minute consultation is required to get started. After your consultation you will need to complete paperwork and onboard to become our client. Group Psychotherapy consists of 11 group sessions and 1 individual intake session with our clinical team. This individual intake session must take place after paperwork is completed before you officially start group sessions.
