Westview Football Discount Card Fundraiser 2025-2026

Please fill out the following form with information, stating that you and your child have received and are responsible for the cards and that your student-athlete is responsible for these cards and is expected to sell each one for $20. Details about the fundraiser are in the email from Thursday, June 19th.
