2019 Mission Trip Registration
Please fill out the following registration form for the SMV Youth Mission Trip to New Orleans. Upon filling it out, please make sure you pay your deposit; spaces will only be saved for those who have paid the deposit. Here are some important details:

Where: New Orleans, LA
When: June 18-26
With whom: WonderVoyage (look them up; they're pretty cool)
Cost: $500 down payment (pay by check or through the SMV website; contact Mike if you need financial aid)
Family fundraising: $500 (in addition to the deposit; reach out to family and friends for help, or simply pay)
Church fundraising: $8000 (we work together through bake sales, babysitting nights, church announcements, etc.)
Chaperones: Mike Stafford, Riley Haggin, Rev. Marguerite Judson
