Thank you for your interest in hosting an event for the Humane Society of Utah (HSU)! Please use this form if you are:
- Hosting a fundraiser or donation drive for HSU
- Inviting HSU staff to attend a tabling event
- Hosting an offsite adoption event and requesting adoptable animals. Please note! HSU is not able to coordinate offsite adoptions at this time. You are still welcome to complete this form, and we will do our best to assist you with whatever resources we have

The Humane Society of Utah is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that does not receive any tax dollars or funds from national nonprofit organizations. The animals depend on the support of caring individuals, like you. In order to enhance the success of third-party/community events and to avoid any conflicts with HSU donors, corporate sponsors, or events planned already we have created the following guidelines.
Please do not print any materials, pursue any media publicity or solicit cash or in-kind sponsors until you have received written approval for your event from the Humane Society of Utah.
To make this process as smooth as possible, please complete the event application and submit it to HSU at least 2 weeks prior to your event. A Humane Society of Utah staff member will be in contact with you once your application has been approved.
