Denver Decomp 2019: 𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
This form is for ARTISTS & ART COLLECTIVES who wish to share their ART INSTALLATION with the community.
TICKETING: You will be required to purchase a $5 volunteer ticket. All volunteers at the event, including the leads, have purchased a volunteer ticket.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Sunday September 22, 2019
SELECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: Friday September 26, 2019
AWARDS GRANTED: Saturday October 12, 2019 (after completing set-up)
Denver DeCOmpression 2019 is awarding $3,000 in Art Grants to community members that bring art installations to share with the community. (Preference will be given to applicants who actively participate in the Burning Man & Regionals Community)
FUEL GRANTS awarded for existing prior-funded projects up to $250
ART INSTALLATION GRANTS up to $750
LOGISTICS: If Selected, You Will Be Expected to Provide Transportation, Set-up & Tear-down of selected Art Project, In Order to Receive the Art Grant Payment.
EVENT SETUP: Saturday Oct 12 from 8 am to Noon
TEAR-DOWN: Sunday Oct 13 from 2 am to 4:30 am
(Additionally if your artwork is outside in the fenced parking lot you may choose, at your own risk, to leave your project in the fenced lot overnight and return from 10am to 6pm to complete your tear-down. Overnight security is being considered but not guaranteed.)

SAFETY & FIRE INSPECTIONS: All Art Projects will be inspected for safety after set-up. Fire Safety Inspectors reserve the right to refuse fire performance approval on their judgement.
