Thank you for your interest in hosting a Tables Without Borders culinary training program! TWB participants are paired with a restaurant in their area where they receive 8 weeks of paid culinary training and the opportunity to showcase their home country's cuisine. Then, we help them find a food industry job that matches their interests.
Hosts MUST be:
(1) located in the Washington D.C. or Los Angeles area
(2) willing to provide part-time informal culinary instruction
(3) willing to host fundraising events that showcase the participants' skills
(4) committed to providing opportunities for underserved populations
