Darkest Before Dawn, in collaboration with David Gasper, LCPC of Mimir Consulting PLLC, is offering a periodic Resource Enhancement Group (G-REP) for service and entertainment industry workers. This group hopes to provide participants with additional internal resources for dealing with challenging events. By utilizing EMDR’s bilateral stimulation and somatic resourcing, it seeks to enhance participants' feelings of safety, competence, and efficacy. Industry work is hard; feeling more resourced can make that more manageable.

Our next group will be held from 3-5pm at Gman Tavern in Wrigleyville (3740 N Clark St) on 08/25/25 (subject to change based on RSVPs). Want a different day/time/location? Let us know at the end of this form.
