The annual festival is our highlight event of the year and features a first-class lineup of the best callers and cuers in the nation!
To simplify our process, we now accept online registrations!
By completing the online form, you'll have successfully registered and paid for WASCA's 65th Square and Round Dance Festival. This form will guide you through everything you need to register for the WASCA Festival. It only takes a few minutes, and you'll be all set for a fantastic weekend of dancing, fun, and community.
FESTIVAL REGISTRATION FEES:
- Adult Festival Registration until Oct 31, 2025 at $100.00 each
- Registrations received after November 1, 2025 at $110.00
each
- Registrations received after March 1, 2026 at $120.00 each
- Children (17 & under) Registration at $20.00 each
- No MAILED/EMAILED/ONLINE registrations will be accepted after March 9, 2026
After submitting the form, you will need your debit/credit card to complete payment for registration.
Don’t forget to reserve your hotel room! The Festival hotel is fully booked. Please call the overflow hotel, Holiday Inn Chantilly Dulles Expo Center by
IHG at
703-637-8030 and request the WASCA Room Block CO6. The WASCA Block expires February 26th,
2026.
